We went into Ivan Smith furniture looking for a living room furniture and our sales woman was very helpful with excellent customer service. She answered every question with no hesitation. We've purchased several furniture items ftom Ivan Smith Furniture over the years and have always gotten wonderful service. LaToya Turner was the salesperson for our latest purchase and she couldn't have been nicer. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Keep up the good work. We are thrilled with our loveseat and two matching recliners.

I had shopped at several places before I came to Ivan Smith. My experience with Ivan Smith was far superior than any other place. The salespeople were very nice and knowledgeable. Our sales associate answered all my questions without seeming to mind and helped make the shopping process easy. I would recommend Ivan Smith for anyone looking for a easy, pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely return.

I went in for a new living room suite! The salesman met me right inside the door and told him why I was there, what I wanted and didn’t want. He showed me what he had and I chose what I wanted. It was perfect. They delivered it the next day. The price was very reasonable and they even followed up to make sure I was happy!

Living out of state (NC) and not being able to see what I was purchasing was made completely easy with Latoya! I called on a Wednesday and Latoya helped find the perfect recliner to be delivered to the assisted living facility, where my mother lives. Mother‘s new chair was delivered on Friday and Ivan Smith furniture weren’t completely with the administrator to get it all handled. I just paid the bill LOL! Even paying the bill was easy! I enjoyed speaking with the Latoya and if the need arises again, she will be the first person I call! Thank you so much for making my life easy, from 800 miles away!

Mr. Jones and Mrs. Turner were wonderful to work with. Patient, helpful, friendly and not pushy. Even when there was an error during delivery, they got right on it and solved the problem.
