My experience with Ivan Smith was great from browsing, to purchasing, to delivery! I am knocking off 1 star because the drivers informed me one of my pieces was unwrapped at the warehouse which lead to a dark smudge on the arm (of a white furniture set). Fortunately it came right off with a wipe. Otherwise fantastic delivery!

Was not shown how to operate the system when it was delivered. Had some loose connections on the sofa and was told by service that we needed a router or something extra because our TV was not wanting to connect to the sofa.
