I don't know anything about going in person, but had a great experience with online. My son was invited to prom last minute and given a very specific color (rose gold) to coordinate, not only did they have they perfect color but everything at way cheaper then any of my local stores. They quality is great and it looks amazing. The customer service response was almost immediate, and very courteous, and down to earth,and the shipping arrived before expected. From Louisiana to Nevada in just a few days, awesome, will shop with them again and online is very highly recommend

They could really use some back ground music, it's so quiet in there. Workers were way to over bearing, although I appreciate the hands on customer service. We were simply browsing.

If you are a African American, Black, or white person, they are very rude. We were planning on spending thousands of dollars but obviously making money doesn't matter to me. I was coming to get. A white couple was leaving put complaining also. I am surprised they are still open. If they only want to service the people they know in the Monroe area then they need to close and just have private meetings and appointments. This is ridiculous!!!

I put half down on a dress that I found. I was explained that i could make payments on it not given any specifics as to when the dress needed to be fully paid for. They sold not just my dress but my vail as well. They never reached out to me even though they claim to have. Now I am stuck with out a dress that isn’t made anymore and I’m getting married in a month and a half. There is no contract and no specifics on when the dress had to be paid for and or when payments needed to be made. Unfortunately the bottom of my receipt just says all sales are final. I have voicemail set up and not a single message was left.My fiancé has been dealing with serious health issues not to mention several family members have passed away this year so my dress wasn’t the first thing in my mind. I figured with half down I would pay for the rest now.Customer service is awful I would not suggest or recommend anyone to go hereYou don’t sell someone dress that they put half the money down on it.

My mom was the lady in the YouTube video that went viral, and I am the bride crying in the fitting room. ? Found my dress at Happily Ever After in Shreveport, LA and I am now a newlywed of 2 months! Got some memories of wedding dress shopping on my phone and remembered that this monstrosity of a shop existed. I would never wish my experience to happen to any bride out there, which is why I DO NOT recommend this place. Happily Ever After made me feel like Miss America at their store! I walked in needing a dress for my elopement in just 20 days and they were so kind! Both ladies were so helpful! One of the sweet ladies even buckled my shoes for me so I could see how the heels looked with my gown. I couldn’t of had a better experience. I was honestly shocked at how reasonable the prices were too. I didn’t spend nearly what I had planned and I LOVE my gown. Thanks KOH!
