DO NOT buy a car from these people!!! My wife and my brother in law bought a used Toyota Camry from them. Three days after purchasing it, it ran hot and started smoking. After towing it to our home we went to the dealership to speak to Tim or Trey. Neither of them were to be found except for two salesmen who said "I have no authority to do anything". They would also not tell us who was the owner so we could get ahold of someone who could help us out. While I accept that AS IS absolves a company legally, it still does not make it right that a dealership failed to fully disclose all the problems with the car. Now we got stuck with a 300 dollar tow bill and possibly looking at having to have major engine work done on this lemon. To sum it up.... greasy con men.Update 11-20-22We ended up having to replace our engine due to damage from overheating. The valve seals were damaged beyond repair and the head was warped. Even after my employee discount it was still $4100 to install a used engine we got from LKQ. Even after submitting a report to the BBB their response was simply that we bought the car as is and they aren't liable. No one from the dealership has even bothered to call us to help out at all. One would think a business cared about their reputation for doing business, but apparently they do not.

Terrible people to do business with!!! Get your repairs before taking possession and get paperwork showing it was done. My salesman had guit after a few days of me buying vehicle also...BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Was promised tires and alignment....They have had my vechile over a week and no repairs have been done to date...and no contact from them

0 stars, This has to be the worst place to purchase anything from. Purchase a SUV from here and the engine needed to be replaced in less than 2 months. They played clueless to the problem, I had to take out a loan $5000.00 to redo the engine. These people are straight crooks. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THESE PEOPLE. They don't deserve a star.

Really down to earth and friendly staff that I met and worked with. They went out of their way to get me the best rates available and have a very broad selection where pretty much anyone will see at least a few different things they might like. Would buy here again.

I change my mine about LA auto sales. Make sure you have knowledge about cars. I didn’t and they took advantage. When I asked to sell our car back they claimed that we only wanted to sell it back because we didn’t have enough money to afford it. Very rude to assume and we can afford it but it keeps breaking down and and it has a lot of problems. Yes it is a cash cash car. Then they took so long to give our titles back and gave us an illegal tents on our car. So 2 stars

Jessica is the best I told her what I was looking for and even though the vehicle I was hoping for was sold to another competitor she never gave up looking for the perfect vehicle. She kept in touch with me through text and 2 days later I'm pulling off the lot with another vehicle!! I highly recommend her??

This is not a recommended lot to buy from. I bought my 16 years old a car from here and in less than 6 months it was broke down. They told me when I bought the car it was a one owner car with no wrecks. After it broke down I had a vehicle history ran. The car has had 2 previous owners with 3 wrecks and a salvaged title. I called to talk to the dealership about it. They took my information and said they would give me a call back after pulling my file. Needless to say I never heard from them! ?
