I drove almost 2 hours from Shreveport for tile that the Lowe's app said was in stock. I get here and 80% of the inventory that the Lowe's app says is here is miraculously gone. Unacceptable. Don't provide a service (Lowe's app) if it is not going to be accurate. Waste of time and money. Gonna shop Home Depot from now on.

Bought a refrigerator in March, two weeks for delivery and the unit was damaged. They took it back and a week later, another unit was delivered and it was damaged. Called and the Appliance manager says keep it until we can get you another unit. A week later they arrive with a replacement door, it was damaged worse than the door already on the fridge. Now, two months later, still have a damaged fridge. And Lowes has forgotten about us. Why would they even leave the warehouse with a damaged unit or part knowing the customer is going to reject it? If they are inspecting things BEFORE they leave the warehouse, they would show up with damaged good and have the customer reject it. I guess they are trying to wear me down and accept a $3300 damaged fridge as an acceptable appliance.. Today 12 Phone calls to the store and the automated system routes me to "someone" only to be cut off after so many rings... POOR POOR POOR Customer Service.
