Customer service was short and snappy my friend had to ride in her own wheelchair no carts were available got the items needed and checked out. Check out attendant was trying to help us check out but my card is a tap card and she was trying to in cert it.

The app didn't work for pick up. Went inside checked in. Still waited 30 minutes. Called and checked in twice. Still waited. Then I finally called and spoke to someone, and after about 10 or 15 minutes, I finally had my order delivered to my vehicle.

Went there tonight 12/20/24 was trying to buy my husband a 450.00 tool box had no help getting it then only self check out girl didn't know how to scan it had to go back myself take a pic of the bar codes so she could see better had to wait and wait for someone else to come and over ride the price to sale price paid for it asked was I gonna get help to load it I waited and waited and waited finally the only friendly person tried to help get someone the next so called lady said she was to busy going through Returns and such I told her I just purchased 450.00 tool box I think it's more important at the moment had another lady come up the nice girl asked was she there to help load she said no girl I ain't loading up nothing. I asked if there were any men they told me no that they only had so many people in store the store cut hours mind you at Christmas time the one that said she was to busy walked by nice girl asked again was someone gonna help she said I have no idea I then was pissed at this moment and said we'll this is just about stupid and the old lady said pshhhh I said psshh to you I'm a paying costumer then they proceed to tell me I had to go to the back and get the tool box that was put together and bring it up myself said it will roll so I bring it up to front myself and asked again was someone gonna help they all standing there looking stupid finally a guy and his wife was walking out and he asked me do you need help loading so me him and his wife loaded the damn thing no thanks to lowes most awful experience ever and most unfriendly and don't care attitude of workers but the one girl.

Pretty sad when u go in to buy lumber and can't even get anyone to help load or pick it up for you and you have to load and do it yourself!!! If you don't like your job stay home!!!

Disorganized, wait 40 minutes just to unlock a shelf for wire. 5 workers together to figure out how to solve a simple problem.Not clear if it is the absence of any sense of urgency, an intellectual deficit or just laziness

Sorry excuse for customer service. Stood in the plywood aisle with 2 employees there. They were more engrossed in setting up a date that helping a customer. I’ll go to Home Depot for what I need.

Ms Susan in kitchen is the best. She went above and beyond to assist us. She helped us find people to patch the floor, helped with our appliances, and used her talent to give us a useable space.
