“The process of transferring my mobile service from Xfinity Mobile to AT&T Mobility turned out to be a very frustrating and time-consuming experience. I dedicated numerous hours attempting to resolve the issues online, interacting with various chatbots and phone agents, only to find myself repeatedly explaining the same problems over and over again.
Fortunately, my situation drastically improved when I visited the local AT&T retail store. I want to specifically give a shoutout to Thor, who was an absolute lifesaver! He demonstrated exceptional expertise in resolving all the problems I encountered, and he even went the extra mile by suggesting that I visit a physical store for any future assistance, as he noted that the online tools and support channels were simply not reliable.
Beyond Thor's outstanding help, the store itself was incredibly convenient, boasting an easy-to-access location with plenty of available parking. Furthermore, the staff members were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, offering a comprehensive range of phone options without applying any sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated.
On a side note I am LOVING AT&T's Fiber Optic / U-Verse Internet!”

My wife and I came in so she could get the port-in deal for the iphone 16e. From the moment we walked in the door, they both answered all our questions about the Cricket service and went above and beyond during the process of activating and transfer to the new phone.
