Time to burn bridges, I guess. They sent a $200 balance from 3 years ago that I never received any correspondence about to collections. I would have gladly paid this if I knew about it. I had ultimately canceled my membership due to the poor management – the place is practically run by high school teenagers, and it causes problems.Otherwise, it really is a great facility. My parents were members here in the sweatband days. My dad played tennis with his stock broker/investment peeps. I still have family and friends that go here. The childcare option is awesome, however, if you are a single mom with full custody, just be aware that you will have to pay for a family membership if you have more than one child needing to be in the daycare while you work out. Also, working out while trying to dodge testosterone is uncomfortable and feels like you’re walking into a meat locker. Recently, I have been considering a summer pool membership. Now I will not even do that ?

Overall great place to okay and put your kids in day care while you enjoy playing.

Highschool kids working the front are letting hordes of kids come through and not checking if they are members. When I was leaving, I noticed 3 highschool age kids on the outside of the fence yelling for one of their friends in the pool area to get them in.

Rude employees that don't bother to greet you unless you appear to be an affluent Caucasian customer. Terrible infection protocol. Sub par service for the price that you pay for a membership.
