Penske actually reserves a truck for you. When you book with those other companies and you think your truck is reserved it's actually not, they are only reserving the price you booked and come moving day if they don't have a truck you thought you reserved well your s.o.l. luckily for us my gut told me to call and make sure this truck was reserved and that's when I learned that I only had the price reserved. That's definitely not something someone wants to have to deal with when planning a huge move. So after some research I found out Penske not only reserves the price but the truck as well.
