I don't personally use origin but the company I work for does and I do the majority of transactions for my store. I love this location and especially Miss Sam and Miss Brittany, they always take care of me and they are just so sweet and kind. Coming through the commercial lane and seeing them is a highlight of my day every day.

This is the worst !!! I will be leaving them come Monday !!5 weeks ago I deposit my check. They then gave me a receipt that said I have $1.8 million in my account. Which only had like 1000. So they end up putting money in the wrong account. Took them a week to get me my money. Then two weeks Saturday at deposit my check and they lost my check it took me another day to get my money. Following week I deposit my check and they put my check in they do not deposit stack which gets sent to the office which took me longer to get my check. Last night I’ll put my money in my account, cash money before 5 o’clock, and I leave for Dallas today to go to Six Flags with my family I get there and have no money. No money for parking, no money to eat off, no money to pay for the hotel deposit. We turned around and came back because this is the only bank in this town that’s not open till 12 o’clock on Saturdays. I called the one 800 number and they told me that they can I have a find my money to save my receipt till Monday. This bank has lost my money four times and lews than six weeks. I recommend staying away from them

I have had $950 fraudulent taken from my account. I am on a social security income and need thus money back. I have called several times and someone was to call. No call. No idea what is going on. Debit card canceled and I get a letter today stating I would get debit card Or a HSA card, I wsant a debit card. So frustrated with no help or service. At my wots end.I need someone to help me.

If you're buying a home the mortgage team here is simply amazing. Mr. Underwood made the process easy and answered all of my "first time home buyer" questions without complaining. I would highly recommend these guys.

Terrible customer service. They are seemingly incapable of changing my account information, no matter how many times I contact them, and keep shipping my mail to my old addresses. They shut my card off without informing me (technically they mailed a letter, but it went to the wrong address, shocker) and they have been completely inconsiderate to me and my time in helping correct THEIR mess up. They also keep shutting down my savings accounts telling me its because I didn't sign some paperwork, but I've called multiple times asking for the paperwork to be emailed to me, everyone I speak with on the phone is kind and seems helpful.. but apparently nothing ever gets done... and then the close my savings account once again. I'm extremely disappointed in this bank, as I am from north Louisiana and wanted to see this local bank do well. I do not recommend to anyone unless some serious changes are made.

If they hold a check for you and tell you it is for 7 days, they can’t count days because it has now been 10 days and I’m told it will not be released for two more days...makes NO sense.

Origin Bank only caters to big money clients. if you are a middle class citizen, do not bother with this bank! They WILL NOT help you if you need something done and staff is very inempathetic and rude. The branch manager at the Frisco, Tx location is impossible and takes it upon herself to do things to your account without your permission. .. stay away from origin bank or u will be screwed!

In general if you're not at the high income scale this is probably not the bank you want to do business with. When it was Community Trust it was an awesome Bank. Origin tends to only want customers with high incomes. They have no sympathy for anyone who made some bad choices. Don't even bother contacting them to ask for help about what you need to do to correct the situation you only end up with some unsympathetic person at the other end of the phone. Who lets known in their attitude what they think of you.

Best bank in town. Friendly staff and very helpful. No wonder they win best of the delta year after year.
