Pecanland Mall is a go-to shopping destination in northern Louisiana, featuring popular department stores and dining options. The mall is kept up and looks great, with a food court that is buzzin and offers a wider variety than most. It provides a delightful shopping experience with a wonderful variety of stores that cater to all tastes and needs, all within a specific area for convenience. The staff across the mall are noted as exceptionally friendly, helpful, sweet, polite, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure visits are pleasant, comfortable, and satisfying. The environment is clean and well-maintained. However, the mall itself is somewhat dwindling down to very few places, with many stores and the movie theater closed. Some find the current state sad, especially compared to when it was awesome back in the day. There are also concerns about the location of the women's restroom being at the far end of an entrance corridor, which some find unnerving and backwards. Despite these challenges, the surrounding shopping center offers quite a few variety of places to eat and shop, making it easier to stay in one area for groceries, clothing, electronics, and pet items.

It's not alot of family stores, but has alot of stores

I'm saddened to see so many vacant spots for stores. Nine years living in Louisiana and this mall has definitely seen better times. Very disappointed that the Cinemark 10 has closed, that's sad. I loved having a theater in Northeastern Louisiana. I hope they come back or get replaced.
