Contacted Safelite via Internet and easily scheduled appointment for windshield replacement.Technician reached out via text to schedule a window of time. Technician texted reminders and called once he arrived. He was very efficient, professional and courteous. This was a great experience and if the need arose again, we would choose this service again.

Replaced my rear windshield fairly quickly. I had to have them go back and vacuum the interior again, and they still left glass inside the vehicle and never tried to vacuum the bed of the truck. You would think for the price you pay you’d get a more complete service. I’ll have to have my vehicle detailed to get the glass completely cleaned up.

Got my windshield replaced & my windshield wipers were bolted on backwards, didn’t put my gaskets back on, and left the car a mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Fiancé had to fix the windshield wipers which took more time out of our busy day.

Safelite was recommended to me by my auto issues as Progressive has a partnership with them and all the work is warrantied. The process to set up the appointment was quick and easy. I received text message updates for every part of the process. I had my new windshield installed 2 days ago and I am pleased with the work and all my safety features seem to work just as well as they did before meaning the recalibration went well.

The shattered glass was not removed out of the door, I can still hear it clink and move around winopening and closing my door. A part of the door was not replaced in properly by the handle. The window does not go up and down properly/smoothly like the other windows. I can’t roll the window down, afraid that it won’t roll back up again.

Took a friend to get her windshield replaced. There was a small problem but the staff handle it great. They sent someone to Jackson Mississippi and got the correct windshield. We were able to pick up her truck that day. Staff was nice.

Carey was so kind and so professional with how he handled the chip on my windshield. He communicate the steps very clearly to me in a way that I feel anyone would be able to understand. He didn't just fix my windshield he left me with great knowledge on how best to continue to care for the glass of my vehicle.
He went as far as to alert me about minor chips that he located during the service that I wasn't aware of.

The overall institution was good. I was disappointed to find out that they did not vacuum up the broken glass out of the seat or off the floor I had to clean the glass out myself. I was told that it would be a worry free installation and that all the broken glass would be cleaned up. I was so hoping for a better experience with Safelite as why I chose them over the last glass company I had used in the past
