I love Sam's club, but this one is awful, especially the food court. I showed up at 6:00pm to get a pizza and they were rude to me and complained about me asking for a pizza when they close at 7:00pm. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Sam's club either. They consistently close an hour early and belittle you for coming in an hour before they close for some food.

I’ve been shopping at Sam’s club for months now, I’ve loaded a trampoline by myself, I’ve load many heavy ticket items by myself (even when they told me they were going to send help out). Today, I went and was struggling pushing two loaded buggies, three kids all under the age of 5 by myself. Israel which is one of the outside workers, came rushing to help me. Didn’t complain, told me to get in the car and take a breather. I don’t know who he is, but after shopping for months there and having workers watch me struggle I didn’t have high hopes. He’s one of the BEST WORKERS and he honestly made my day. If you have any encounters with him please call and let them know.

Praising the Lord! I came out of work right at 5pm with 1 low and 1 on the rim, I assume from driving to work through the 18th street road construction. I am so thankful for Jordan in the Tire Center. They stop taking orders at 5pm but I had called and had been on hold for 20min. I left work, aired my tires and drove to Sam's, pulling up at 5:20. I have one question..what is for the regular members? Every since the pandemic regular members have been almost risking our freedom to PURCHASE supplies from Sams..we have to wait til 10 to get Lysol wipes and etc by that time everything is gone. Every time they have supplies that shoppers need it's gone.. by the time we get in.. I'm so over Sams.. and I pray to God that the business slows down to where it effects their household.. cause I mean these cards cost $45 dollars that's not cheap and for the last 4 or 5 months I haven't been able to get anything I needed.. I'm cancelling my subscription TODAY.. I'm over Sams and their shenanigans..

Georgia is very rude and disrespectful representative . It's always to the African American customers . Always profiling customers based on race and appearance . Georgia acts like it's always a bother to assist or help with questions if it doesn't have anything to do with scanning receipts as customers exit the store . Georgia has no problem harassing African American customers . She always smiles and speaks to non African American customers, but looks as if she has a turd under her nose when an African American approaches .. I was shopping with my 77 year old grandmother... Georgia takes my grandmothers receipt scans it and scans one item in her cart as they usually do when you leave the store . After she hands my grandmother her receipt, my grandmother walks up a few steps so I can provide my receipt for the tissue that was on the bottom of her cart. Georgia yells at my grandmother and tells her to WAIT.. she yells loudly.. a customer lady who was 4th in line behind us asked did she just yell .so you know it had to be loud .. I asked her who was she yelling at .. And why was she yelling .. She never returned me and answer. Instead.. she gets on her walkie talkie and begins to call a manager to advise that we have tissue on our cart and it hasn't been paid for . So, I asked her "why are you assuming that the tissue Hasn't been paid for instead of asking . Do you all have the receipt for the tissue so I can scan it.. or anything that sounded half way professional besides her yelling at my grandmother and assuming we stole some tissue. Again.. as to be expected .. she never returned an answer to my second question. Once I handed her the receipt for the tissue.. she didn't apologize .. nor did the say thank you for shopping .. have a good day.. nothing.. she just stood there and waited for us to walk away .. what an exceptional employees you guys have. NOT!! Very poor attitude and customer service .. and she needs to stop parking in the handicapped parking spaces at the front of the store. those are for paying customers .. the employees have parking spots close to the door you all have to enter the building .. park there and leave those handicapped spots for your customers.. the ones who are the reason you have a job.. but again poor customer service throughout the store . It's to be expected.

Had bad experience! One of the workers treated me real bad when my card didn’t want to go through she was smirking so I told her if I can put my card numbers and she said no that they don’t do that no more.
