I have been a VERY satisfied customer of Sensation Nails for 27+ years!!! The owners names are Kevin and Nancy!!! They're the best! They treat you like family! They are professionals!!! Kyle and Taylor do NOT work @ SENSATION NAILS!!! Kevin and Nancy do!!! They would never do ANY of the things I saw someone describe online!!! They are hard working, honest all- American Christian people!!! They have a family and would NEVER treat ANY paying customer the way Taylor or the manager at SIGNATURE NAILS did to their customer Anyone who knows me know that I don't post on social media!!! But, I could not let someone tell such an UNTRUTH without speaking out about this!!! They're my family and they have been for years!!! The customer initially made an error when she did that very NEGATIVE review about SIGNATURE NAILS and said it was SENSATION NAILS, but, did not acknowledge the error or remove it!!! So, please believe those things would NEVER happen at MY nail salon SENSATION NAILS!!! ??XOXO

I have been going here (scheduled appointments with Kyle). I went in with an appointment booked with Kyle and instead they sat me down in Taylor's chair.So as I arrive to my appointment and is going through screening. As I'm filling out paperwork I show the manager a picture of the design I would like and asked if someone could do the design, she says yes.First, I get Taylor even though he was not who I was booked to see I didn't complain because Kyle was busy. (The manager knew this.)The manager escorts me to Taylor and I even show Taylor the picture of the nails right in front of the manager. He says okay.Taylor begins to do my nails.He asked me what shape, I replied stilletto...Taylor then says, I don't think that design would look good with stiletto shape, then he shows me a picture of coffin shaped nails. I said ok. That will be fine.I'm thinking at this point we have an understanding.Then he pulls out the clear nails and I'm not sure at this point and I ask if he has the regular white nail.He never replied as if he didn't understand English.So I then asked if it will be extra charge, he replied NO.... He said trust me I'll take care of you...He then does an design with two different powders.Then he said I will design one finger and I said you don't have to do that I just want it like the picture and he said don't worry it's for free, pointing at my middle finger. So then he starts putting green and red hearts on my middle finger. Keep in mind the picture I showed him was neon pink. So.. i stopped him again I asked if he had something pink and he said this will be beautiful, trust me...He tried to put a sticker of a butterfly. I repeated to him again, Sir I do not want all of that so he took the butterfly off.He totally forgot he said he was only going to decorate one finger. After 3 hours and 2 cigarette breaks my nails it self was great! He added everything he wanted and it was a mess.**he never asked if I wanted these decorations he just continued to do what he wanted to do.It was a scam. He knew I didn't ask for any of the stuff he was doing...But it doesn't end there....The manager begins to blame the African American employee instead of the Asian nail tech...The African American employee has been on the job for 1 day and when I came to my appointment she was being trained by this manager. So how exactly is it her faultThe manager goes on to say I would be banned from services at this company. Now I was completely shocked!! After I was nice during my second visit within two days and spending a total of 5 hours getting nails done... Ryan was my nail tech before he left the company and I've only used Kyle and I explained this. They have me listed in their computer.***Kyle does exactly what you ask for.Nothing more nothing less... Kyle is awesome but deserves better...I just wanted regular gel nails. The same exact thing I get EVERY time I get my nails done. It's in their computer system. We sign in every time.I've been getting regular nails with gel polish for no more then 50 dollars for years.Yesterday they charged my card for 138 dollars...110 was on the ticket when I got to the register..The decorations were not needed and I told him that 3 time.Today the manager and I exchange words.I asked her what would be the proper way to book with Kyle. She basically told me she is refusing me services because of 1 incident. Which was due to poor training by her...This man charged me 110 dollars and I'm not suppose to get what I asked for...This place would be so nice is it was managed or owned by Kyle. He's respectable and trustworthy.The nails are a bonus! Thank you Kyle! To the manager, you are messing up Kyle's customers who had been referred him. This place would be a lot better if the manager was properly trained, then the entire staff will know the proper codes if conduct.I will leave a review on the BBB site and will be speaking to my Authority about this matter.
