My three year old got lost in here set her down by the cart to reorganize stuff in the basket so she could sit back there and in just thirty seconds she was gone. Never ever done that in a store before. Being new to town (I'm from 1500 miles away...) and leery of everyone and everywhere, as well as heavily pregnant, I was panicking. I was sure she was taken. I started yelling her name immediately. Drew many staffs attention as well as other shoppers. There was a lady thank god at the front entrance and she said mam your baby hasn't left the store. And she stood there the entire time and communicated via radio to many other staff members. They had a procedure in place for lost kids. Cashiers were looking department staff was looking. And a few older ladies came and got a description from me and began looking. We checked bathrooms. I even ran out front for just a minute and questioned a few employees out their smoking just to make sure they hadn't seen someone leave with or my toddler leave alone wondering off. A quiet older lady found her finally. She had decided to play hide and seek and ran off to hide in a rack of floor length dresses. She beat the daylights out of the older lady who picked her up and carried her to me while screaming. Sweetest sound I have ever heard. Anyways, a few things here. The staff is attentive. That's a huge plus. The store is clean. Even the shelves, stuff is where it belongs. Staff is also very kind and very very helpful. If it was your mom, grandma, sister, whoever it was I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! I said it many times when you handed my baby back to me but I was in shock and don't think I really expressed it enough. This was the end of January 2018 by the way. If you loose a kid in a store, the buggers seem to like clothes racks.
