“Oh how I love Penske! We we're moving out of state and Penske actually wasn't the company we originally booked with. Penske offers something that companies like uhaul and budget don't offer. Penske actually reserves a truck for you. When you book with those other companies and you think your truck is reserved it's actually not, they are only reserving the price you booked and come moving day if they don't have a truck you thought you reserved well your s.o.l. luckily for us my gut told me to call and make sure this truck was reserved and that's when I learned that I only had the price reserved. That's definitely not something someone wants to have to deal with when planning a huge move. So after some research I found out Penske not only reserves the price but the truck as well. All in all my experience with Penske was A+!!! The staff at the pick-up location was super amazing!”
“Great experience at Scott Truck. Tim was transparent and not pushy. Was very clear there was no pressure from him, and never got tired of my endless questions and emails. No funny business on the truck at all. Matter of fact, wouldn’t let me leave with it until it was about as perfect as a used truck can get. Office staff was super nice as well. Will be shopping here again.”
“I broke down and Shawn came to the rescue. My radiator fluid completely ran out from the apu causing the truck radiator to be dry. So Shawn filled it up with water, temporary unplug the sensor so we can go back to the Ryder shop and see what all is happening.
The water pump on the apu is bad. So that will have to be fixed at a Thremo King dealer. Either in Texas There's not one around Monroe and none around i-20 Louisiana. So next stop will be Texas, or Jackson Mississippi has a mechanic there.
