Ulta was a very good experience! The energy inside the store was everything! It smelled good inside, the store was very busy! The ladies did a good job of getting us in and out!

Normally we enjoy shopping here - today not so much… staff scanned beepers which were super loud and made the atmosphere annoying. There were no paper towels or toilet tissue and the staff was rude during checkout. Ulta , you’re better than this.

We were not greeted at the door and the cashier had an attitude. ImShe also didn't want us to use our reward points! It's sad to see Monroe's Ulta is going down hill.

I had my eyelashes done by Breanna D. I told her before had I did not want dramatic lashes I’d like to have petite as well as this would be the first time I’d had them done. I wanted something that would last at least a week. She started off with I don’t like the clusters nor do I like doing them. But she would. She told me she was done I looked in the mirror the first thing I noticed was they was uneven. I told her that and her comment was they look even to me and I told u I don’t like doing them. I was at livid? then she said I’ll add the last two lashes so she did. When she was don’t I asked what to get to remove them. She told me then I had a guy ring me up I asked him where it was he didn’t show me so again customer service sucked I had to flag the guy down again to get him to take me to the spot. I expressed my concern to him and told him I had never experienced that kind of service there he apologized and said it wasn’t the first time. He also noticed they was already lifting ?Took my number for the manager to call me. Haven’t heard from them?

I met Breanna and wanted my brows done she asked snatched or natural. I responded Snatched of course! Breanna knew exactly what I needed and the confidence boost I got ?!! I’m 35 and have been using her recommendations for about 5 years, my skin looks younger and clearer than ever. She’ll have a regular for life with me.

I’ve been seeing Breanna since she was out of School. I’ve just had my 30th birthday and my skin couldn’t look better! She has the product knowledge to recommend the best things for her clients. I always listen to what she thinks I need and I’ve never been let down. She’s waxed my brows, done facials, and she’s the only person I’ll let near my lashes. Life is good when you’ve got a good esthetician on your side and if you see her you’ve got the best.

I’m a frequent shopper with ULTA and I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received at the location at the Pecanland Mall Plaza in Monroe La. I wasn’t greeted firstly, I wasn’t asked if I needed any assistance although I knew what I wanted before entering this location, I witnessed and this isn’t my first time noticing this with not only myself but with certain races, an associate runs to the back to watch cameras as if everyone of a different nationality has to steal, is it racial profiling who knows but I can certainly say it’s no coincidence, it didn’t help that I wasn’t greeted entering but had high hopes that I would at least experience friendliness from the check out girl by the name of Heather, she was rude and dismissive as well, is this really what ULTA has become rudeness and profiling, I would certainly hope not, everyone deserves to have a great shopping experience with there favorite store and sadly to say, the location in Monroe, La did not give that AT ALL!!!!! I will also be contacting corporate with this matter as well, I will no longer spend my hard earned money with companies such as this who only hire rude workers with any customer service skills just to operate the store!!!!!
