Think twice before dropping off Amazon returns at this location and check to make sure you are given the correct drop-off package receipt for what you are dropping off for shipment. The store failed to scan my package, gave me a receipt from someone else's drop-off and when I went in to question why the package was not showing as shipped I was told the store is not responsible when an error is made by an employee and a package is missing. The owner told me it would be different if I had spent money in his store to ship the package, but since I didn't there was nothing he could do and he didn't know where my package was. He said for Amazon returns the store is just a drop off point and is not responsible if a package goes missing. Subpar customer service at the highest level.

It's ridiculous that when you order something and it has been saying out for delivery all day long and it's almost 4:10 pm and you I haven't received my package. UPS used to be a decent company with decent workers but these days just like many other businesses, people are lazy and don't want to do their jobs, so you have wait until they decide they want to deliver your package. People! Do better or go find a job that you are actually going to do.

Busy complex. Be sure your shipping label/2D code is a dark legible ink otherwise they willnot accept or need to scan your emailed/texted 2D code.

UPS is acting like FedEx now, I can never get my packages. They would put a note on door saying signature required. Never selected that option to begin with. Supposed to been a regular delivery

Just another bad review about the rude employee at the Tower Dr. UPS. Good customer service doesn’t really happen anymore apparently but why doesn’t the owner take action? Judging from all the bad reviews I imagine they are losing a lot of business bc this girl can’t leave her attitude at home. If people have another option; FedEx, USPS they will take it all because of rude employees and owners/managers that refuse to do anything about it.
