Love the staff up there. i swapped from at&t while i was takimg mom up there to get a new iphone and ipad. We actually had a good time joking around with the staff while they were hooking us up. Great group of people working there, and their super quick.

Went into store today and spoke with Ainsley. I told her that my phone was acting up, I was unable to send messages to certain people. Ainsley asked for my phone number which I provided. Ainsley says the reason my phone was having issues is because I have a past due amount which I had a payment arrangement on. I called 611 and spoke to Anna who stated phone was having issues due to iPhone update instead of payment as she can see payment extension in place on account. Anna called store and spoke to Charles who attempted to lie and say that I didn’t want him in my account but I asked them to exit my account while customer service rep was trying to access my account. I asked for the manger and Charles said “we don’t have a manager call 611. Anna when speaking to Charles asked for a manager and he told her there was not a manager on duty.

We didn't get our issue resolved but it was no fault of hers. She was excellent. She went above & beyond for us. She is definitely a huge asset to Verizon.

The staff is great! Cassidy is persistent, knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with every aspect of activating and transferring from a lost a phone to a new one! Her and Jordan stayed after hours to ensure we were totally setup. I really appreciate both of their hard work and fun attitudes.

It was not a great experience. I was misled about the price. And I had to work super hard to get in touch with anybody human I could talk to in order to fix the situation.

This place is a joke and full of scammers! We were switching our service over to Verizon and my daughter lives over ten hours away in Louisiana, so she had to find a store that could help her get her phone switched over since she was so far away due to being a college student. We had no issues when we switched our phones over in Georgia and figured she would have a similar experience in Monroe. Boy were we wrong!! First of all, they told her to leave her old phone and they would transfer everything to her new phone for her. They failed to tell her ahead of time there would be an additional $40 charge for that. They also refused to give her the box and charging cord that her new phone came in. They told her if she wants the box and charger, there is yet ANOTHER additional charge!!When I questioned the fee for this while my daughter was in the store, I was told there was nothing we could do since she had already paid, so I asked to speak to someone in charge and have yet to hear back from ANYONE!!

Mrs. Brittany Larkin answering all my dad questions.He added a phone line and we was approved for the iPhone 14 pro max. Everything was great. I enjoy my phone. My dad was concerned about his bill being postponed to another date. She made it happen on his behalf. Thank you Brittany
