This place is a joke and full of scammers! We were switching our service over to Verizon and my daughter lives over ten hours away in Louisiana, so she had to find a store that could help her get her phone switched over since she was so far away due to being a college student. We had no issues when we switched our phones over in Georgia and figured she would have a similar experience in Monroe. Boy were we wrong!! First of all, they told her to leave her old phone and they would transfer everything to her new phone for her. They failed to tell her ahead of time there would be an additional $40 charge for that. They also refused to give her the box and charging cord that her new phone came in. They told her if she wants the box and charger, there is yet ANOTHER additional charge!!When I questioned the fee for this while my daughter was in the store, I was told there was nothing we could do since she had already paid, so I asked to speak to someone in charge and have yet to hear back from ANYONE!!

Mrs. Brittany Larkin answering all my dad questions.He added a phone line and we was approved for the iPhone 14 pro max. Everything was great. I enjoy my phone. My dad was concerned about his bill being postponed to another date. She made it happen on his behalf. Thank you Brittany

You never go in this store that they know how to help with your problem or can answer you question. All they want to do is reset something on your phone. The people they hire or so unprofessional and sloppy looking. Have been with Verizon for years but are about ready change carriers

My mom went in to get an upgrade. They changed the insurance on her phone without asking, on my account. Don't go to Russell Cellular. Just order your phone online.

The store manager Mike is awesome, definitely better than the previous one . He was very patient and knowledgeable. The employees were very attentive and looked a lot happier to be there. From where it was to where it is now is such a huge improvement, and hopefully, the manager got a raise above the average salary for a store manager of 65k.

I heard about a free phone promotion. Return back to Verizon, if gone over a year. I inquired concerning that, Russell's employee checked on computer. I was told, the only promotion was buy a phone get a gift card for $200. I took that offer. Bought a $1200 phone. Went home called Verizon costume service, asked about the free phone. They advise me to return the $1200 phone. , I qualified for the free phone. I returned the phone to Russell. Got a $1200 credit. I received my free phone then with no problem. They could have done that in the First Place!! Their priority is to sale phones etc. They represent Verizon but are " NOT VERIZON dedicated employees.

Great place. Steven helped me yesterday. He is hands down the best ever! Customer oriented, smart, helpful. Go to him if you need help. The other person in there was really nice also, didn't catch her name.
