Have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 30 years. Traded in an iPhone 12 for a 15 last November and still no credit being shown. It was for an even trade… so they said. Every time I call or go by, they say they will call me back and they have not done so. So disappointed and not sure of what to do next. Where did my phone go? I would have just kept it and given it to someone that needs it.

Have got a lot of phones from here. Most recent experience being trading in a phone. The phone never being returned to Verizon and now can’t get an answered phone call / return call back.2 months and counting.
