I don't like the service I received back in February of 2024 because the girl working there talked to some bad man behind the scenes and he discriminate against me in a sexist wickedness and it was very poor service that he messed up my phone but I have friends who will help me get by that. I don't want his help anymore. I get my friends from now on

I Went to store to get info about upgrading a friends phone (1995 model) and Sierra help me and she was so patient and understanding and truly helpful. That Lady deserves several brownie points, I think Verizon is lucky to have her. (My 2 cents)

Even though I wasn't there for myself I still felt staff did a Good job. The customer service rep that we had to speak with while there that was an epic fail!! Then the tech support we spoke with after that hit it out of the park. So if I was to need a Verizon dealer then yeah I will probably go there.Follow up; since the store thanked me for the review (robot or not) I'll give the last star. So there ya go

First off, I woke up to my phone not reading the sims card so of course I’m like easy fix !! NO ! Not only that but I went through 2 other stores to change my SIM card… NO HELP! Finally I went to this location and man SIERRA was a lifesaver ! She was such amazing help with great professional customer service. Thanks for helping me out and getting my phone back on track.

Sierra provided the best customer service I've received in a long time. She was so patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond. She was also very kind and polite. Give her a raise!!

The Russell Cellular was very helpful and polite. Chad greeted us and helpful with plans and phones. Sierra took time to compare plans with us. Kassidy assisted with the transfer of phones. It was a total team effort that made my shopping experience great!
