If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently moved to Monroe from Ruston and needed an antibiotic. Since Walgreens on Forsythe was on my way home, I got my medicine scent there. Well. They told me they would have it ready in two hours. I called and they said they didn’t even have it in stock. So then I waited all weekend and Monday they still said they didn’t have any. So I transferred my prescriptions to the Louisville Walgreens. They told me they’d have it ready that day. So I waited. I checked in on it at 7 pm and they hadn’t even started processing it. Tuesday I went up there because the prescription had disappeared from my app. They had lost the entire thing. So then when they re-entered the prescription, they told me it would be ready in 1-2 hours. This was at 4:30. It didn't get filled until almost 7. Then my Fiance went and got it for me and they old gave me 12 pills because that’s all they had in stock. So then I went up there on Wednesday to ask about it and they told me that my prescription was picked up and filled so they didn’t know what my problem was.I was livid. I will NEVER go back to a Walgreens Pharmacy EVER again. I had to call my doctor to prescribe me only 2 pills of the antibiotic I need to another pharmacy. So here I am, 6 days after the prescription was sent, without all my meds. Thanks Walgreens.

When by the drive thru today to pickup a client meds and waited so long the lady at the window was not friendly and waited on quit a few customers before getting to us rude and unprofessional

I called to transfer my prescription to Walgreens and no one ever came to the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. They take to long just to speak to someone.

Service was very bad. Pharmcy tech very rude. I usually do not use this pharmcy because I have had a bad experience at another location. She spoke to me if I was uneducated.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this Walgreens? I don’t recommend you get prescriptions there. I waited outside for over an hour after they tried to charge insurance I’ve never heard of. I called Medicaid and they told me they didn’t receive a claim to deny and they weren’t pulling up any other insurance info. The guy at the window was so antsy from the beginning. Then told me the would have to do my order over and it would take 20-30 mins I waited an hour when after the I believe fifth time getting in line he told me one of my original prescriptions that was put back was over the counter and I had to come get it otc and the other one wasn’t covered by Medicaid. I asked why because my child get the same meds via pharmacy he smirked and told me it doesn’t work like that. I just paid and left. Covid has hit me so hard I don’t have the energy to debate but I will never go back to them for anything. Not to shop, get pictures or prescription medicine.

Pharmacy is a joke! Rude and lazy worker’s! They put our prescription on hold for no reason when they told us it was going to be 3 hours we ask the woman to send it to a different pharmacy and she lied and said she could notebook that because she was to lazy to do so! Called Dr. office they told us she was lying they can fax prescription to another pharmacy! Will never send another prescription to Walgreens again! Caldwell Drug is the only place we’ll do business with from now on!

Came all the way to walgreen’s on Louisville in Monroe, LA for my 86 y/o mother’s second scheduled covid shot appointment and they don’t have any....... I am not happy. They may have some next week. I wanted to know why they didn’t call those with scheduled appointments to notify them of this? Well, they said they can’t do anything because it is corporate. You can’t tell me they don’t have a list of patients scheduled to get their shots and phone numbers in the system they can get to. If not, something needs to change!!!!! Oh and apparently we can’t go anywhere else and get the second dose because you have to get it from where you got the 1st one.

These people are either lazy or liars! It has been over a year since I've been taking my prescriptions to them, and they know they have to CALL Worker's Comp for verification to fill my prescriptions. I always have to call repeatedly or go and clown them before they'll do their JOB!!! I've reported them twice, and I KNOW others have too. Yet and STILL, NOTHING has been done to change the horrific services that they offer. Take it from me... Go ANYWHERE but Walgreens on Lousiville!!!! I don't believe the West Monroe store is like that, because I've never had a problem with them in the past, but I live too far from them to keep going to get my meds.

I was in the store on Louisville in Monroe. i was in holiday Christmas aisle. it says 50% off buy 4 get 5th free. there was a white guy working an madcap. I asked him to make sure what was said with the baby toys. I went to register to check out. Morden the cashier has a huge wad of green gum smacking it and trying to talk with mouth full of gum.
