I know it would tickle your heart pink to think that I am trying to steal based on my attire. I guess this year will be the year you don’t get your wish! I saw you snap your picture as well, so post it on your mantel because I will not be made uncomfortable as I shop!!

If I could give this place to zero, I would. Reggie is the worst pharmacist you will ever encounter. Not only is he not able to help you he Treats you like You are below him and will tell you that he has a doctorate!! We know that you’re a pharmacist, but we don’t care - do your job. Reggie has been reported to corporate office of Walgreens numerous times and recently was reported to the State Board of Pharmacists

Worst pharmacy EVER! When the pharmacist could not give me an answer regarding my prescription I became frustrated & he informed me he had a doctorate & I could not speak to him in that tone & hung up on me. I’m filing an official complaint.

I wish I could leave a zero-star review. I started using this Walgreens because it’s close to my home, but I’m now going to West Monroe to get my medicine. The general staff of the store is helpful and friendly, and I have never had any issues with them. The pharmacy is entirely different; every time I try to get my medicine at this pharmacy, the wait is unnecessarily long, and the pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. They treat you like you are inconveniencing them by wanting to get your medicine. I can not stress enough how unpleasant the pharmacy staff is. I’m unsure if this is just a staff problem or if it is also management, but if you value your time and energy, go to any other Walgreens pharmacy.

All I expect from a pharmacy is that they not lie to my face. Why is that so hard to find? They only gave me half my wife's prescription on 8/27. Didn't say anything to me about the fact they were only filling half of it. 15 days later, she's out of medicine. I call this Walgreens and they tell me they were only sent half of the prescription. I call the prescriber, who tells me that isn't true. I call this Walgreens back, and they admit they only filled half of it because they didn't have it in stock. They claim they haven't gotten the other pills in over the past 15 days, which is a lie, because I'm prescribed to the same thing and I got 90 of them from them on 9/4. I finally found another pharmacy to fill it, but why lie? If you forgot to order it, just say so. If you gave the pills you ordered for my wife's prescription to someone else, well... don't do that. Just stop lying, and I promise things will go smoother with your customers.

Went to get my kids medicine filled, the wait was extremely to long. After I finally got to the counter the women working register entered my information in the system wrong and instead of her typing it back in she said that they changed my Medicaid number . The lady in the drive through was aggressively rude. She was slamming prescriptions all over the place made me feel really uncomfortable .. definitely will not be going back to that pharmacy

I went to Walgreens to pick up some medication and my last name they say was spelled wrong so I went home to call my insurance company when back to get my medicine they gave me two out of the three so I call my doctor she informed me it should have been three so I go back to get the third one when I went back to get the third one which was supposed to be in a Benadryl they accidentally gave me high blood pressure fluid medicine I took two right away as directed by my doctor I've never had high blood pressure my body does not retain fluid the pill made me throw up and also gave me diarrhea now I have to get flushed with fluids this medicine was not supposed to be taken with medicine that I was already taken this was their mistake and they should pay for it I've got a call from them telling me to bring the medication back to them so that they can flush it I'm going to do the right thing and just go get a lawyer because it messed my stomach lining up pretty bad I threw up more than 20 time and using the bathroom every 5 minutes try to talk to someone at this pharmacy and cannot get no act right

Worst Experience ever!!!!
First the guy in the window was rushing me and 2nd thing is the guy told me he couldn't find My son's Medicaid then I asked to speak to the pharmacist well he proceeded to tell me that I received my son's Medicaid card then told me they don't cross Medicaid over from state to state..Well duhhh.. That's why I applied for Medicaid here...And again I don't have the Medicaid id number yet..Then I called cypress Walgreens total surprised they found it...Lord it pays to do your job correctly... Thank you cypress Walgreens..And No thank you to Monroe Walgreens

A whole hour and a half for an ointment... Mind you were at the pharmacy waiting .... TRASH ... My doctor need not to send a crumb of nothing for me to these slow lazy individuals..
I had to come across the river for better service.. and there getting it ready right now ?

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at Walgreens. As a truck driver, running out of medication last Friday became a stressful ordeal. The lady at the counter and the pharmacist not only provided swift assistance but went above and beyond to help me. Their kindness and efficiency turned a challenging situation into a positive experience. Thank you for the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere – it truly made a difference. Highly recommend this pharmacy! I am very sorry that I did not ask for their names, one more time, thank you!
