I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at Walgreens. As a truck driver, running out of medication last Friday became a stressful ordeal. The lady at the counter and the pharmacist not only provided swift assistance but went above and beyond to help me. Their kindness and efficiency turned a challenging situation into a positive experience. Thank you for the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere – it truly made a difference. Highly recommend this pharmacy! I am very sorry that I did not ask for their names, one more time, thank you!

This is BY FAR THE WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. I waited all day for my prescriptions after giving them all my information only to return to be told my insurance wasn't active when they verified it was when I dropped my prescriptions off. They won't ever get my business again!! Had this of been a life or death situation they'd have one hell of a lawsuit on their hands!! Y'all need to hire actual pharmacists and not students who have no idea what they're doing!!! ?????

Alexis w is a very rude pharmacy technician. Her attitude is horrible and she refuses to listen to any concerns instead she feels it’s okay to disconnect the phone on others. I will be reaching out to corporate

Very rude. I was ready to check out but they wanted to make me wait to check out due to other tasks she had to do. The customer always comes first no matter what.

Worst customer service for pharmacy. I love Walgreens but this location has incompetent staff. They never answer the phone. They cancelled my prescription because they were out of stock. When I went to pick up my physical prescription I had dropped off they told me it would take them too long to find it. (Very incompetent) So I had Walmart call them to get the script. Walmart could not get through to them so I had to call my doctor to get them to send an entirely new prescription to Walmart. I’m two weeks behind on my medication because of this. Shop here but don’t use this pharmacy

Worst Experience ever!!!!First the guy in the window was rushing me and 2nd thing is the guy told me he couldn't find My son's Medicaid then I asked to speak to the pharmacist well he proceeded to tell me that I received my son's Medicaid card then told me they don't cross Medicaid over from state to state..Well duhhh.. That's why I applied for Medicaid here...And again I don't have the Medicaid id number yet..Then I called cypress Walgreens total surprised they found it...Lord it pays to do your job correctly... Thank you cypress Walgreens..And No thank you to Monroe Walgreens

Service was very bad. Pharmcy tech very rude. I usually do not use this pharmcy because I have had a bad experience at another location. She spoke to me if I was uneducated.

I was in the store on 12/3/22 and at 8:50-8:55pm, I checked out. The cashier was resting his head on the rack that the magazines were on. Pretty much sleeping standing up. Rolled his eyes when I walked up bc I guess I disturbed his sleep by needing to check out. I had 5 Arizona can drinks that I sat on the counter and 2, 12packs of cokes I left in the buggy but pushed super close to the register so he could use the cord scanner to scam them. He stood there for over a minute just staring at me. I was wondering why he wasn't checking me out or scanning. Very rudely he said "Put those comes up here". Um..you can use the scanner to scam them. He acted like it was an impossible task. After check out I said, "you have a great night". He just sat there looking at me. So I said it again. He barely even made a noise. He never said hello to me and he was beyond rude. Is it not policy to greet people coming into the store and leaving the store? I'm in there almost every day and I've never experienced a cashier so inconvenienced by someone needing to checkout.

I am a physician, trying to speak with a pharmacist. The automatic phone extension numbers was malfunctioning. When I finally got the extension - after several attempts- I needed for pharmacy, kept me on hold for 30 minutes twice. Could not speak to anyone. Message kept saying you are third on the list but never moved up. Worst experience. Would rather NEVER send prescriptions to this pharmacy. Not even worth 1 star. This is not the first time this situation has occurred.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this Walgreens? I don’t recommend you get prescriptions there. I waited outside for over an hour after they tried to charge insurance I’ve never heard of. I called Medicaid and they told me they didn’t receive a claim to deny and they weren’t pulling up any other insurance info. The guy at the window was so antsy from the beginning. Then told me they would have to do my order over and it would take 20-30 mins I waited an hour when after the I believe fifth time getting in line he told me one of my original prescriptions that was put back was over the counter and I had to come get it otc and the other one wasn’t covered by Medicaid. I asked why because my child get the same meds via pharmacy he smirked and told me it doesn’t work like that. I just paid and left. Covid has hit me so hard I don’t have the energy to debate but I will never go back to them for anything. Not to shop, get pictures or prescription medicine. 0 stars is what they truly deserve.
