Rude check out clerk. Will lie to you about your receipt knowing full well he did not put it in my bag. Then says, we only do email receipts. I said no, I got a receipt just last week. He turned the little monitor around and answered the last question as to how you want your receipt without letting me do so myself as I always ask for a paper receipt. Long story is I didn't get a receipt instead I had them process a refund which they then wanted to do as a store credit. Took much longer but it was finally credited back to my card, hopefully.

I was shopping at this location and the worker was sweeping the floor and I stepped in some of the trash paper and she was yelling at me that I didn’t see the trash and shaking her head. The floor was so nasty I never go back there again.

Rudest, most unhelpful drug store I have been in. The Pharmacy Acts like they don’t want your business. Was turned down on a prescription. Went across town. Another Walgreens glad to help me. Never 2323 Forsythe Ave again. Tried them for 1 yr before I gave up on them. They don’t care.

This is most unorganized Walgreens store I’ve ever been too. The snacks and any foods are scattered all over the store. Most stores are organized and foods/snacks/beverages are all in same area. This store has one end drinks and cold; center snacks, groceries, other far end more snacks, other foods! Looking for items is a nightmare. You don’t just go to one isle or side and find everything that’s good items/drinks ex.I his store needs to reorganize their products.

I understand that everyone is short staffed and concessions have to be made. With that said, if you have to reduce hours, doesn't it make more sense for the pharmacy to be open from 10 A. M. and close at 6 P. M. than to open from 9 A. M. To 5 P. M. Most people leave work at 5 and stop by to pick up prescriptions on their way home.

When you get the run-around on when your prescription will be ready. They tell you to come in its ready . ,then tell you it will be another 30 minutes, then tell you oh... sorry. We don't actually have it. Come back in 2 days. Classic!!

The pharmacist at this Walgreens is extremely unpleasant and rude. He is short with customers, argumentative, and has zero customer service skills.

This pharmacy's support and friendliness and kindness during these times as well as the store is very nice to see. Kudos to to Walgreens on Forsythe Ave.

I had surgery on Monday. My wife went to fill my post surgery prescriptions here but Walgreens didn't have enough of one type in supply. They then cut out the prescriptions they could fill which basically voided my pain meds. It's been two days now that I've been in pain with no relief, because of the way Walgreens handled this. Why not tell my wife that of they fill any of the prescriptions it will void the remaining so we could at least make an informed decision. Clearly Walgreens is more concerned about making a buck then patient/customer care. I'll never set foot in a Walgreens again.
