If I could give it -10 stars I would!! My iphone 13 max pro (almost 2 years old) blacked out in the middle of target shopping (with ZERO PHYSICAL DAMAGE to it) and a referred me to a friend of hers who works here. We talked she said they were waiting on a shipment and would do it next day for $180. I contacted her next day and she told me she wasn’t at work but it was gentleman there that could help. I called the number she gave me a gentleman answered and I explained the situation to him and he denied the $180 and said he sets the price and nobody else but quickly recanted and said he would do it. I got there around 630 & he finished my phone in about 45 minutes and I was charged $200. Before pulling off I asked if it was a warranty he said yes and I left. Fast forward A DAY AND A HALF later my phone is cracked and I called the number that was giving to me by the young lady. The gentleman offered me a $35 off “friends and family” discount because the policy does not cover physical damage. I assured him I did not drop my phone. I pulled my phone out of my purse after removing my baby from my vehicle and the cracks were there. I also mentioned to him it were light spots in the phone but I had not had a chance to revisit the store. He was rude nor was he trying to let me speak on the phone. He kept going on about stories of kids breaking phone and having to get them fixed or him having a car for 23 years and it stopping on him. I would not recommend this place. He kept trying to compare them to Apple when I told him they are not Apple certified but they should offer reliable products considering people come to them as a cheaper alternative when they can’t afford $300+ for legit apple screens. He continued to ramble about their policies being the same as Apple when I was trying to get him to understand that if my phone had not blacked out I would not need their services. My phone being cracked a day and a half later is insane. Please do not go to this places. You’ll have better chances with We fix it on Louisville. I also told him I would be filling a complaint with the BBB. I just want a quality screen for the money I paid .
Also forgot to add when I got my phone back my phone case did not fit my phone anymore. I had to go buy a new phone case because the screen was bulging out of the case.

Avoid this place at all costs. I bought a USB C charging cable for my kids here while on a family road trip. The cord stopped working about 20 miles outside Monroe and they haven’t answered their phone ever since so it’s impossible for me to get a refund. Don’t buy anything from these people, they are thieves

This place is terrible. They sold my family a USB C charging cable during a road trip that stopped working as soon as we were a few miles outside Monroe and hasn't worked since. They never pick up their phone for me to even register a customer complaint and I'm not driving so the way back to Monroe over $16 but I will advise everyone reading this to never patronize their business, ever

08/05/2023Just had my IPhone 8+ Screen ? replaced.10-15 min! Excellent Service! Excellent Price!??♂️ I’m not from here so I was driving in a 5 mile radius trying to find a repair shop. Everyone was closed. Then I found Wireless Accessories. I’m a Long Haul Truck Driver, I can’t move without my phone ? Thank You ??

Just had a screen put on my samsung S12 plus at this place, the screen was so cheap I could barely use it, you could actually put your fingernail under it and lift it up. I took the PH to another place they fixed it right and said they had never seen such terrible work.The screen was not a samsung screen plus they left screws out, I lost 300 dollars but learned a good lesson.

Around April, my nephew called ahead of time to get an est on having his screen repaired. We were quoted one price, but once we arrived the price had suddenly increased. I was able to call back & speak with them, having the issue resolved. However, the same situation happened to us again yesterday. This time the outcome was different. The price stayed at the higher price & we were informed there was absolutely nothing they could do about the price we were quoted over the phone. ):

Sandy is really great! He always fixes every issue with my phone, the charging port, the camera and the screen and sandy fixes the phone really fast! I was there for only 5 minutes! 10/10 recommend. Go to Sandy for all of your phone needs!!!
