I had no issues with my Houston and San Antonio branches or even the Ruston branch back in the day. But oh, this Monroe branch has me wanting to close my accounts after almost 20 years. The eye-rolling, dry-talking “personal” banker will never be described as going above and beyond—the two times I’ve been here, she has been no help. And Mr. Clark… perhaps I lack a certain look, but he was hesitant to open my business account and made me jump a few hoops. Their refusal to sell me multiple money orders tonight and the nasty assertion that they can’t give me what they don’t have (when I tried to withdraw my own money) have me ready to drive the extra 30 miles from home to Shreveport.
