Today I probably received the worst service ever. My part was lost the lady was rude and kept saying I could get a refund as if I didn't need my part and really made me feel my money wasn't welcome at their store.

The customer services today was Terrible!!! They is Sooo Lost without Amber!!! Customer service is Terrible, They Don't know what they doing!! What happened to Amber? She was the best part of this company. I heard she got ran over and they just dropped her. This is why you can't find good help these days. Companies like this overlook the quality of their employees. Amber was the best, and now she's gone. What are we supposed to do????

I walked into AutoZone today desperately in need of some assistance. I was generously helped by Cynthia and Ada. Not only did they lend me a hand to address my car problem, Cynthia actually recommended a local, mechanic by the name of T. Within 2 hours I went from SOL to blessed. Come see those wonderful people at Morgan City, AutoZone, they are the best automotive help I have recieved to date.

Descent prices. They usually have the parts you need in store, if not they’ll order it for you and let you know when it arrives. Various types of tools, headlights, stuff to wash, wax, polish your vehicle,etc.
