Wow! Excellent service just isn't strong enough to describe our time at Morgan City Toyota. Absolutely everyone we came into contact with was courteous and professional. Bought 2 vehicles trying to help a local dealer, but now rethinking the idea. They define what most people fear , tell how great of a deal and the service they provide after the sale. The truth is you’re just a number . Service department very unorganized, total waste of time and money. Be smart find the best deal for you and don’t listen to the BS at this dealership. Their level of service and integrity is very low. You can do better elsewhere.

Angel Sustaitaa was the perfect salesperson for our situation! My parents, in their 90's, were involved in a wreck and their 13 year old Chevy was totalled. My Daddy would only consider MC Toyota for his new car because they had treated him so well when servicing his Malibu. When we filled out the online query, Gracie called almost immediately and connected us with Angel. Angel helped us decide on the right car and since it was in the process of being built, brought not one, but two different cars to my parent's home so they didn't have to go to the dealership in the heat. He treated my Daddy with respect, listened to his concerns and sat on the swing with him to listen to Daddy's stories. Angel kept us updated on the progress of the car and made buying it an easy process when it arrived earlier than expected. If you are considering a Toyota, go see Angel, he was the best!

Bought a nice used Highlander Limited with Danyell Hewitt as the sales agent. I was quite impressed with her pleasantness and knowledge and instructions as to the operations of the various functions in the vehicle. This is my second Toyota and with the ongoing service provided with this new vehicle I look forward to good driving days ahead.

Mr.David got the five stars… not to make his life harder but he is the man, the only one that was able to get anything done for me.
The service providers are so incompetent that I’m not sure if I’m the problem…
Brought my highlander in to have a steering rack replaced due to a clunk when turning, upon receiving the vehicle back after repairs, the clunk while turning was completely cured and replaced by a much louder and more obnoxious clunk when stoping or taking off from a stop. The dealership was notified and took around 3 days to get in touch with, upon having the vehicle diagnosed it was noted that the issue was unrelated to the initial repair and I will have to pay a diagnostic fee only for bolts to be tightened… the same bolts that should have been tightened during the initial repairing, these techs work too fast and are not trained on quality of work, or honesty for that matter. If it was a new issue I would have no problems paying for the repair, but the new issue was caused by the old issue being fixed. When changing the steering rack, an alignment must be performed, this is where i suspect the issue began. It most certainly was not coincidence that my vehicle is clunking after a repair, it can be coincidence that a part fails immediately after a repair, but not a loose bolt, that is negligence

We had such an easy experience from the trade in to our salesmen not being pushy and listening to what we had to say when asking questions and being honest about his knowledge being it wasn’t Toyotas we were looking at on the lot.
I’ve already let many friends know to call y’all when they are ready to look for another vehicle no matter what type they are wanting.
