The last few times I have been, my vehicle has still had dirt on it after the wash. Vacuum function is inconsistent. There should be no smoking signs as the last thing anyone wants while cleaning their car is to have the stench of cigarettes. Definitely not as clean as when it first opened.

This car wash has gone way down hill half the time it doesn't wash the passenger side of my car and the back end is never even touched. The employees are all on their phones meanwhile half the vacuums don't work and trash overflowing, manager needs to address that!!! I'm about cancel membership just not worth it anymore!!
