The service representative that I dealt with went above and beyond! Came in on his day off and assisted me because we had some issues that could not be resolved the day before with my account. He was wonderful!! He is now my go to guy for any and everything!! Michael Harris thanks so much for everything!!

If you choose to go into this store, better get everything in writing. Kathy W misrepresented the promotion that AT&T was offering and made by bill double by adding a line. I have an account with 5 lines and she made my account double with just adding one line. I told her I was skeptical about the promotion and only wanted to upgrade my phone and not take advantage of the promotion. Kathy insisted the promotion would save me money and my monthly bill would go down. She stated that she had been working with AT&T for over 15 years and she promised I would have no trouble with my bill and my monthly bill would be lower. MY BILL DOUBLED. I called the store and spoke to Trent, the Manager, and he did not offer to help me. AT&T's Customer Service Loyalty Department is a total nightmare also and would not help to cancel the line and credit the incorrect charges. I returned the phone within the allowed timeframe and AT&T's Customer Service would not even recognize that I had returned the phone.
I had to file a complaint with the regulating body of AT&T to get the line cancelled and all current and future charges removed from my bill.
ABSOLUTELY get all transactions and charges in writing are you will be billed way higher than what you agreed to.

At the AT&T store in moss bluff LA. The guy that helped us was great. There was this other coworker that could've helped but he said he didn't have time for us and walked away. He went and sat in the office on his phone. Other customers came in later but he never helped them. The guy helping us and a lady coworker were doing their jobs but the last guy wouldn't help anyone

Note: This is a long post but to me it's important.
First off I wish to say that I am FINALLY satisfied with AT&T fiber internet and Direct TV. The Moss Bluff location, not so much so.
Let me explain my frustration. On or about Wednesday 5/8/24? I had met with their Retail Sales Consultant "I.B." and signed up for the 300 MBPS internet plan and Direct TV. On Thursday 5/16/24 the new fiber line was installed. The Direct TV. worked fine, good Wi-Fi signal. My computer internet connection had issues, the install tech. had to make some adjustments to the computer to get it to connect. I thought everything was fine because the bank site I went to opened to the main page so I told him things were fine. But the next day the same site opened but it wouldn't let me do anything. Tried other sites, same result, they would either time out or if opened wouldn't let me do anything. Tried all day Saturday and Sunday, sent a text to I.B. to call me when convenient. Even called the AT&T internet problem solving number, had to hang up on her, wasted time talking to her, accent so strong couldn't understand her but enough to hear her say I needed to buy Wi-Fi extenders to fix my problem???? Finally I received a text from I.B. on Monday telling me to restart the modem which I did several times over the weekend with no improvement. He also said his Manager will let him come out tomorrow Tuesday, so Tuesday noon I text him back to see about what time, he responded it will have to be the next day Wednesday about 10 ish his area manager is in and wouldn't let anyone leave because they were short handed. So, now it's about 1:30 Wednesday afternoon and still no word from I.B. so I called another AT&T fiber repair number and got a lady outside of the states and she was great and fixed the problem after awhile, she asked me have Windows make some kind of repair on line that connected my computer by Wi-Fi to the internet. Speed now is 370 MBPS down and 365 MBPS up. Everything now is great thanks to her. I asked what she thought the original problem was and she said the wrong type fiber cable was connected between the modem and my computer??
I know this post is long but I wanted to express my
frustration with this Moss Bluff La. AT&T location in there lack of customer response and placed a priority on sales...

01/16/2024 I went to the Moss Bluff store to get help with some provision for internet for computers and one TV. The young lady, Makayla, whose name I am not sure I spelled correctly, was very knowledgeable and helpful had the perfect solution for me. I am in the Topsy area. The business Att/Netgear hot spot works for what I need. She was very patient, as I had my credit reports frozen and had to get released so that they could check it. We eventually got it done.

i had an excellent experience with Zack. i unfortunately hit the 1 instead of the five when rating him. he did all he could to rectify a bad experience. i hope someone with influence at AT&T can rectify my error and not taint Zack's reputation.

Recently I have been having a lot of issues with my phone not working and my bill increasing each month. I was finally able to make time after working a 12 hour day to go into the store and get some answers. I walked in and was asked to have a seat and as I sat and waited another customer was being helped by a female employee and things got heated. The customer starts to walk out yelling and mad while the female employee is still making rude comments back while her fellow employee”Trent” pleads for her to stop. At this point I sat and thought nope not today. After the day I had the last thing I wanted was to deal with all this. I walked out and began to leave when Trent stopped me and said he was sorry for her actions and he was more than happy to help. He convinced me to go back into the store and he was very helpful. Got my billing issues fixed and my phone works perfectly now and it didn’t take him more than 20 min. So thank you very much Trent for controlling the situation so well and helping me out with my issues! AT&T would have lost a customer if it wasn’t for you today.
