“The review below must be about an assistant manager because I am the manager at Family Dollar in Franklinton and have been there for 3 years. I have never treated a customer that way and never have I ever called anyone a “heffa”. So they should be sure they know who is who before they smear someone on the internet. This could cause me loss of customers or a reprimand by my boss when I have not done anything but be the most polite and helpful as possible for my customers. I’m sorry that I had that experience and please come to the store to see me and let’s find out who made u feel uncomfortable in the store. “The clerks are always very patient and polite. Sometime they are out of stock on items and sometimes the items aren't priced. I find that inconvenient and I never bring it to the clerk. They just lose the sale.”
