The att reps were very knowledgeable about plans prices and services that were available. I felt informed and not rushed or pressured into a plan just to get a sale. Instead I felt I was informed and educated then given the time to decide if it was the right move for me from Verizon.

I went in this store and trusted the sales woman yo be honest. I went un for my mother whom couldnt make the trip. She has been an at&t customer for over 30 years and has never upgraded at any point. I explained to the sales person my mother is on a very limited income. They promised me that her bill would remain the same add $12.00 a monthfor the new phone. They dont even offer free upgrades o. Phones anymore. Plus charrged me a $44.00 fee that i was under the impression it was avtivation fee. I later found out through customer service yhat the do not charge activation fees throught the stores and they have no idea what that 44 dollars was for. Well last three months my mothers phone bill has gone from $64.00 a month to $230.00. We can ge no help with straitening this deal out.

Wonderful customer service from Raeneta. She was very welcoming and willing to answer all of my questions regarding a phone set up for my mother. I would recommend this location just because of her customer service.

I cannot speak on the quality of service other than the fact that we walked in and nothing at all was said to us not were we acknowledged. However this being a busy city with only one ATT location there should be more than one employee working on a Saturday at opening time. I come from a town half this size and a lot less busy and there were always 5-15 employees to help customers at all times. The amount of customers in the store at opening time was far too great to be handled by one associate in a timely manner.

Darrin took very good care of us and made sure we got everything we needed. I received the BEST service I have ever got from any phone company’s store. He is a credit to your network and I would highly recommend people come and visit the Natchitoches AT&T location anytime Darrin working it. I went in for a simple activation which turned into a few “bumps in the road”. Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Bailey took care of everything. They were polite and assured me everything would be fixed before I walked out of the door. They even saved me money!!
