I needed a specific battery for my Prius hybrid. Tammy Bell went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly which one I needed and helped me order it. It came in on time and she was there to help me again. Tammy did her job with a smile on her face and a quick laugh that turned my day completely around. Thank you, Tammy!

The first employee didn't really seem like he knew anything about cars, but the younger employee with him was definitely more helpful.

I went to auto zone a couple of weeks ago to pick up some diesel coolant for our generator because it was reading "low coolant level." Lost power at the facility and generator did mynot engage. Ended up not needing it. Went to do a return and the manager Mr Craig was super duper nice. Great customer service. He was amazing.
