BOM is an amazing bank. I have never had any issues with the keyser branch, they have always been incredibly helpful for me. they have the best customer service anyone could ask for!

Anyone that knows me will tell you I’m difficult in SO many’s ways. Sarah Giannone at the Keyser branch understands this and always treats me like it’s no bother. She makes me feel like her sole purpose working at BOM is to help me with whatever situation I’ve messed up now. If she left for another bank. Well Ken ol buddy.
