Below’s Automotive was AMAZING!! The owner answered his phone after hours and answered all of the questions I had about my son’s truck. He assured me that he would look at it the next day. After I got off the phone with him, my son’s truck caught on fire (the alternator). So my son ended up calling him and he literally walked him through it all. The next morning I had to have the truck towed to Below’s. He had the truck diagnosed and repairing less than 3 hours!!! He called me and went over everything he had done. Note: I am in one city and my son is in school, in another city. He thoroughly took care of my son and his truck

I live several hours away and my daughter is a student at NSU one of her friends mentioned "Belows"...had her vehicle towed there first thing Monday morning ...called Mr. Marvin and he assured me he would take care of the problem...and that's just what he did .....I would recommend his service to anyone.... I Absolutely Love the Service!!!!! ***SAME DAY SERVICE*****

My daughter is a NSU student. Her car broke down on the Sunday after Christmas. I drive up to see what the issue was. Figured out I was not equipped to deal with it myself. I called Belows Monday morning. They recommend a couple tow companies. Got it towed to their shop by approx. 10am. Car was repaired by 1:00pm. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out not to be at all. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to my daughter if she had trouble finding a ride. Guaranteed the work too! I highly recommend Belows!
