Property not secured appropriately. Is run down and needs updating. Someone broke into my storage unit & stole half of my items. Took my lock off & replaced it with their lock! When manager was told of this, she couldnt have cared less & stated they werent liable for anything stolen. She kept a stupid grin on her face. Said they were in process of making improvements. Had been customer for over 20 years. Do not waste your money here!!
