I absolutely love the service. The weather never gives an issue, anytime they have to do service to the lines it's always late at night so you never know, the price is fantastic for what you get, and the technical customer service is so nice.
I recommend them to everyone I can in my area.

Service is great. When all my neighbors internet service with another company I am still up and running. Anytime I have had any issues I have had very good response time. Just hoping for fiberoptic cable soon.

I personally do not need the phone service. I only need the high speed internet. I’ve had it for years and for a year or so it has went to horrible. It lags all the time. It’s the only thing I can have out here in the sticks where I live.

Pelican Boardband recently took over Epic Touch and has done a phenomenal job. They have lowered our monthly cost and kept the same fast great speed. Thankful for them!

I have had excellent service from these kind folks since they first installed fiber cable in my area a few years ago. From the first day on, the service has been excellent, with download and upload speeds equal to or exceeding what was promised. Uptime is also excellent, with only a few measuring more than 5 minutes over the past several years.
Another greatly appreciated feature is that my bill is always just the amount I was originally quoted, to the penny, with no added junk fees. What a refreshing change from most other providers I have dealt with in the past.
The very few times I have needed to contact then for a question or a technical problem, the response was immediate and they quickly took care of whatever issue I had. For instance, I did change my service several times (download speed, phone service, etc.,) and the response was "Yes sir, we'll take care of it!" And they did, quickly, with no arguing or upselling. They just gave me what I needed, no fuss, no bother.
But that's what you get when you deal with a local company, just Good Friendly Service!!

The customer service is phenomenal! Whilst the service on the other hand it not great at all. I have to reboot more times in a week then I care to admit for $120+ a month most months. On top of the fact that I was made to get a landline. It wouldn’t be my first choice but I would recommend it.
