My wife surprised me on a trip back from a cruise. We showed up very impressed with the care of the animals and how clean the environment is for all of them. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the area or a local.

Absolutely amazing! Owner was extremely nice and informative. These beautiful creatures are well loved and taken care of. Natural habits and excellent all around experience. More than just gators. Clean and well maintained. This is a diamond in the rough. It is a must see if you are in the area or just passing through. I will definitely be coming back when traveling this way again.

The park itself was really fun for the kiddos and my husband and I enjoyed it as well! The best part about it was the staff though. Everyone was very friendly and Josh, the young man that lead the alligator feeding show, was heaven sent! We left the park and found our trailer had a flat. Our jack wasn’t cutting it so Josh came outside, got his personal jack and tools and assisted my husband with changing the flat in the heat! He wouldn’t accept and kind of payment or anything, just said he was happy to help. He’s good people and we were thankful for his kindness!

This place was so cool! Spent a few hours looking at and learning about the gators and other animals they have here. It’s very clean and well kept - you can tell the animals are very well cared for.Employees were polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about answering questions.Super fun, don’t skip out on this one when you’re in the area!

A cane pole was rented (by someone in our group) to feed the alligators. A pack of 4 hotdogs were provided with the pole.I also wanted to purchase a marshmallow gun. However, I found out that I would have to blow into the gun to shoot the marshmallows. It wasn't what I expected, so I decided to pass.- Adventure package - $10- Gator & emu pellets - $2- Total: $13.01 (including tax)(Prices for September 2022)The juvenile gators snatched the hotdogs quicker than the older ones. The bite-sized hot dog pieces are the perfect size for them.Samuel, an employee at the park, offered us a chance to hold a bearded dragon, variable king snake, and a gator. Samuel also invited us to watch the alligator show, which he hosted. Feeding a wild alligator in Louisiana is punishable by law (leads to loss of fear of humans) and is also a death sentence for the alligator. Texas has a sanctuary for wild alligators that have been fed, but Louisiana does not.The fine for feeding a wild alligator? $1500 per FOOT of alligator. Check out how large some of these alligators are! Samuel mentioned that an alligator named "Beef stick" is over 11.5 feet. That would be an approx. $17,250 fine. Yikes!Alligators can also jump up to 5 feet out of the water! The water in the "show" area is purposely on the "shallow" end so that they aren't able to propel themselves out of the water. We had the greatest time at this park! 10/10, would recommend!Enjoy the pictures and videos!

It was not busy at all, which was super nice. We fed goats, rabbits, tortoise, & emu. We held a snake & baby gator & got to watch snack time for the big gators & learn a bit about them.

We had such a great time here! It was so awesome to see the alligators in a natural habitat setting. Feeding them was quite the experience. Employee, Sam, was AMAZING with the kids having fun letting them hold a gator and snakes!

We’ve been to Gator Country twice and both times have been amazing. So much to do and see. My favorite part about this park is how toddler-friendly it is! I let my almost 2 year old run around the whole park without a stroller! It’s safe and well -maintained. Staff is amazing and very friendly! Must visit!Restrooms: Clean and well maintainedPicnic area: Shaded and comfortable
