Made an appt for manicure/pedicure. Got a half done pedicure, nail tech started working on someone else, never finished mine, no lotion no oil, no massage. After this decided I didn't need a manicure....The guy has a very long thumb nail that is very sharp, he is rough and rude, the service sucked. Now I see why the shop was empty.....Will never patronize this place again.Services: Nail art

I went for a set and received a gel set. The polished kept unpeeling on the first day, and the second day. Unpeeled from both thumbs and my ring finger. So I asked for them to polish it back because obviously it's there fault they do a half job. And the man is definitely RUDE i see why they don't get any business. THEN i had to teach him how to do my nails with the shape and had to do my own DESIGN.never again, i was desperate for my nails to get done.but they won't be getting my money and lucky i don't take my money back.Service: Manicure

I had my nails done on a Wednesday evening and the staff was very friendly. However, when I woke up the next morning, my polish had already starting coming off!!! Very disappointed!!Service: Gel manicures

I came to get a pedicure and when I got here from the start I was rushed and my pedicure was also rushed. He cut my toes several of times and was very rough. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I’m very disappointed especially since they have 4 stars.
