We really enjoyed all the outstanding choices in the store. Everything you could imagine from "smelly stuff," to food items, clothing, candy, jewelry, home decor, and gifts. Owner was super chatty and helpful. Pleasant. Lots of stuff in a small space, so plan a few minutes to see everything. Loved the sale racks! Made the prices something I could afford. Wished the day after shopping I had a chance to return to buy more, but we had to be on the road earlier on this Sunday than the store opens - 12 noon. We'll be back.

This store has unique items and is your typical overpriced historical revised town shop. I found the sweetest night shirt and purchased it for about $70.00. The lady who checked me out was a bit on the rude side. She acted inconvenienced to answer my questions. But for the lady who came to her assist her I wouldn't have bought a thing. Customer service is priceless.

Rude and they closed at their convenience not the hours listed online. I had family drive out of their way only to be told rudely they were closed at 4:55p.m on a Tuesday.

I popped into Hello Dolly on a recent trip to Natchitoches. The displays in the windows pulled me in with their gift items and cute housewares. The store itself had a great sale going on. There are a lot of soaps and kitchen towels with cute sayings, as well as candles and some more modern bright artwork. The clothing options, I found, were nice but probably not for my age range, so i stuck to looking at the various other selections. Sadly, I was not impressed with the staff member at the counter. There were a couple of ladies who walked in with me who were immediately greeted and treated like the sweet ladies they were. I was not extending the same hospitality, and I cannot really figure out why. I even tried to engage with the lady behind the counter who poured the honey on the others in the store, but i could not get her to break a smile at me or even a say a word. They carry a brand of soap that I always purchase when I see, and I loved one of the pieces of art in the store, but I felt most unwelcome and searched elsewhere on Front Street for things to purchase. I encourage everyone to go check out this small shop if looking for little nick knacks to take home, shop small and shop local. I would just hope you receive a warmer reception and feel more welcomed than I did.

I have been a customer of Hello Dolly since they opened and I have NEVER been treated badly. Service has always been wonderful and the owner is usually always there to answer any questions. I feel like these complaints come from a competitor because I have not heard of anyone complaining about customer service or prices. The store has lovely clothing and gifts.

I was in Natchitoches for business the day before Mother's Day 2022. It was recommended that I go there. The ladies were very professional, courteous and helpful. They had great personalities and eager to assist. They made you feel a part of the tradition. I highly recommend you visit this store. As a matter of fact I'll be visiting every time I'm in Natchitoches. Thanks ladies for being so good.

I purchased over $900 worth of store items from Hello Dolly. The cashier was eager to bag everything quickly and rush me out of the store. When I got home I realized that I received the wrong style bags. I wanted backpacks not purses. I Drove back to the store to EXCHANGE only... I was greeted by the same lady behind the Counter ( I do not have her name because she refused to give it to me) with hostility and a bad attitude. I was merely trying to just exchange and was given the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with! The owner was there and stated " She did not call me back, because I would have not liked what she had to say" I have never been treated like this and would not recommend this store to ANYONE!I Support small businesses but not ones that are Price GOUGING, Rude, and Unprofessional. This place should not be in Business.

Very friendly staff. They're having a sale due to a fire in their other store front so the prices are affordable enough. Items will need to be dry cleaned/laundered prior to wearing (due to the fire) but they're up front about it. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant. Over $400 in clothing bought for $130, check!! Thanks!

Tanya is the bomb! I called her on a Friday morning and I chose four tops via text! They arrived in West Monroe the next afternoon! As a shop owner myself, I can’t say enough about her terrific customer service! Love the store, the merchandise and the personal service!
