“We live in Texas about 2 hours away from this location, but we were in Natchitoches for pleasure and decided to make a pit stop here on our way back to get some shavings for our horse stalls. We frequent many TS in our local area, but this location absolutely blew us away. The staff was incredibly nice. We didn't catch the name, but we are thinking possibly the franchise owner checked us out and he went above and beyond for us to swap a product when we realized we had a bunch of $10 rewards. He didn't even bat an eye at having to go through some loopholes to make the swap. He was incredibly helpful and kind. THEN we walked out to our truck just to see our shavings were already loaded in the bed of our truck!! Our several local TS would never ever put that kind of work into loading out.. especially without us requesting it. The store was large, clean, and had tons of great products that we hadn't seen at other locations. Again, absolutely great experience. Enough for me to want to come on here and share it.”
