Really good customer service, but when they went over my Taxes they was going to have me paying over 800 jointly filing and 2400 if separately filing. Went with Turbo Tax and they are getting me close to 1500.00 back. I don't feel like H and R block trys hard enough. I think they need more training as a whole. I've been with them a few years and they have been great and always got me money back but recently they have been extremely in to Money grabbing they will charge you for everything. They literally was going to charge me around 356.00 dollars on top of what they had me paying the government. While turbo tax is getting me about $1500.00 back no risk of being audited and only around $189.00 for the service so unfortunately I will be Going with Turbo Tax now and in the future. H and R Block has lost me as a customer do to there poor business practices in my opinion they were great In the past but aren't no more.

Your receptionist was great, but the accountant took it upon herself to berate me on not following the covid rules the way she wanted. It started when I went and checked, I took the only remaining chair only for 2 minutes later have her yell I was in the wrong chair, but all the others were occupied. When we were meeting she constantly complain how my mask was positioned even though it was fine.
