Good service and warranty on parts but doesn't take debit or credit card. Very dangerous to carry $400 cash all day. And closes too early, 345pm. Most people work until 5 pm

The owner is a long time friend of nearly 60 years. We had a great catch up session.

P & S are the only place I would take my vehicle to get repaired. Did a great job on it. Keep up the excellent job.

They are fast and efficient. I took my vibe there and I was called 30 minutes later. They are not expensive. And they know what they are doing. The guys are friendly and they work hard.

In and out in just over an hour! We needed to get a simple brake pad replacement. We shopped around Natchitoches to find the best deal. P&S was not only able to give us an exact quote over the phone, they offered the lowest price with multiple options for finishing the repair. They finished quickly and well within the time frame they gave us. The service is friendly and honest. We will definitely return the next time our cars need repairs or maintenance.

My family and I were on a road trip from Longview Texas to Baton Rouge Louisiana when the battery light came on in the truck just south of Natchitoches on I49. My experience told me that the alternator was out and we were now on battery power. That wouldn't last too long and we would be stranded. I quickly looked up a repair shop close. These guys were twenty miles away. I didn't know if we would make it there before the battery gave out but we did. The owner, Dickey, said that after a test of the charging system by one of his guys that the alternator was going out but said that it would take about three hours to complete the repair. After I explained about the road trip he said he would do the best he could. We walked over to a burger stand about 100 yards away and before we got our food he called me and said the truck was ready. What??? Its one of those "under promise and over deliver" situations. Fair and honest good people. Check them out..
