I have been to pro nails multiple times. The service is normally fair. This last time I went, I asked for just dip powder on my regular nails and asked how much it would cost. They told me it would be $55. So I decided to go ahead with it. They told me to do an overlay instead because my natural nails weren’t strong enough. So I did, it was also $55. 4 days later they are already coming off. Lifting at the cuticle and practically peeling off like press ons. I glued one back down. Was not worth $55 for them to only last 4 days.

Poor performance. I selected this place because of the high number of positive reviews. They must be getting a different service. I purchased a pedicure that was not impressive and felt he over sanded my foot nor offered an upgrade when I looking at the menu. Price was not stated until after the work was completed. Came for a manicure nails were already short. Just needed a trim and buffer. No other options were offered. Finished product was scratch up with the buffer wheel. And she nicked me were i needed a bandage. Maybe they do well on covering up their work with fake nails and polish. That's 2 tries wont be coming back.

I had to get short nails since I’m military but the nail tech did so well! I think short nails look dumb on me but I think these look very nice 🤍
I’m very pleased and I got exactly what I wanted! Quick service, there was a little bit of a wait but there was literally only one nail tech working when I came in but I didn’t mind the wait at all! Everyone there is very sweet and hard working.
Also thank you for complimenting my outfit! Made my day hehe 🤍 I’ll be back when I can have longer nails for sure!!

I have tried to give this place several chances at doing my nails but it’s obvious they have no clue on how to do nails, within a week my nail was coming off instead of fixing it she super glued the nail back down their ACRYLIC NAILS DO NOT LAST AT ALL I would suggest getting your nails done somewhere else if you don’t want ur money down the drown I paid over a 100 dollars for my nails and a pedicure all for it to look a mess a week later the price isn’t the issue it’s quality and Pro Nails is POOR Quality

Went in for a manicure with gel polish before I left to travel out of state. 8 hours later, this is what my nails looked like (pic below). Unfortunately for me I'm outta luck because I'm clear across the country and now have to pay someone else to fix this mess.

I called before I went in l, inquiring about a full set of gel French tip on my toes. The woman on the phone had mentioned the price would be $60.00-$6.00 for a “first time customer, I’m pretty sure in the phone she said $10 but I didn't agrue. Once I made it to the salon, I once again, asked how much it would be and about the discount, and she confirmed it would be 60; However, when I came in and finally got into the chair, they quoted me 70.00- 6 which would make my total 64.00. I have no idea why the service was up charged, I did not receive a pedicure or anything out of the ordinary. Somewhat disappointing, however the nails were pretty.

The young man that remove polish was great!!!! The young lady that actually did the Polish was in a hurry very pushy and rough!!!! The polish is not on right and I won't be going back there. I hope that everyone else has had a good experience there because I didn't and then they charged me $60 which I thought was a bit much but I paid it! Try them at your own risk. The older lady is very rude. Also find out price before they start....

It was alright but not great. It was a older gentleman that did my petacure and took over an hour. Don't really think he was that good at it . Almost crippled the day after .
