Monday, March 16, 2025 at approximately 9 AM. I had the pleasure of having Carlos Garcia as my customer service representative. He was phenomenal and I would like to commend your company on hiring such an outstanding human being. He was not only professional, considerate, kind and respectful he was knowledgeable, understanding and so very much more. I cannot emphasize enough what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with someone who had that level of courtesy, knowledge and respect that he had. That kind of respect and professionalism is lacking in so many of not only our professional exchanges but day to day casual ones as well. He is the kind of professional, where at the end of the call, the customer feels as if your rep and by extension your company actually genuinely cared about their customer. Thank you for hiring such an incredible person to represent your company. I hate dealing with buisness because the buisness world is lacking more people like him. I would not only call again but I would recommend your company to anyone in need of your service.
