Worst pharmacy around. Don't listen to their customers request. Wait times are way to long. 90% of the time they don't have the medication you need. However, the pharmacist themselves are extremely friendly and try to do things properly. So I will give them props and my respect considering what they are having to work with.

The main problem with this pharmacy is that there are not enough staff members . Everytime I go staff members are rushing around doing three things at once. When asked I was told that they have not been alloted more hours for staff. This is unfair to staff and customers - mistakes waiting to happen

Got a text stating \\\"Rx ready for pick up\\\"...get there and they look through every bin, every tub and after about 6min or so they say we have to redo....they misplaced drugs that were needed after my son had surgery....worst excuse for an establishment and pharmacy. The pharmacist Kevin does not help and the tech Danaca gives BS answers to questions because they don't want to own up to the way they manage/organize their area. This is not the first time they have had to \\\"redo\\\" our Rx either. Unfortunately its the only option for our insurance

Male pharmacist in Natchitoches refused to fill my hand written prescription for pain killer after my wife had foot surgery. He said he would not fill the prescription unless I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens. We have had flu shots at this site. Our insurance coverage has just changed and we were deciding where to transfer our prescriptions. It will definitely NOT be Walgreens!!!

I have been getting the same prescription filled here for 3 years. EVERY time they make it almost impossible to get. It takes hours and sometimes days to get the prescription and it is always a fight. I would save your time and go somewhere else

If it was possible I would rate lower. Long waits, mistakes, lots of issues with simple medicines fills. Ridiculous!!

They are always under staff. And have a problem when you Question Them. ready 1 to 2 days later not same day and if you're waiting almost an hour before you're getting It

I found myself without packing my medications. They worked with my doctor in Louisiana for the prescription refills. They sent me an email indicating my scripts were ready for pickup. Walgreens is customer friendly by far. Highly satisfied!! I recommend using their services.

Don't bother to make an appointment for a vaccination. My first wait was for two hours, the second was only for 1 hour. (Thankfully I was the first in line for the second shot) (Staff very indifferent and uncaring.)

do not come here if you want a vaccine or flu shot. You will be waiting for over an hour even with an appointment. The service is bad and no one is efficient.

This Walgreens was so strange. First, I couldn't check out at the front counter, I had to backtrack to the photo department to check out. The store was poorly stocked and the floor needed serious attention.

Slowest ppl on the planet...please install self check outs. The customer never is the priority. If that is the case, install self check outs, so we can take care of ourselves. Thank you.

Everything seemed to be out of stock. One cashier was extremely rude. There was one line for two cashiers. One gentleman went to the right lane. The gentleman in front of me put his things on the register to the left, so I went to the right side. I was yelled at by the cashier to the left to stay in line. Nothing was said to either gentleman who did the same thing in front of me. If my husband did not have a medical emergency on Christmas day, I would have left my things and went somewhere else.

I’ve always received friendly service at the pharmacy - they address me by name and the register clerk at front always says hello.
