Why won't you let employees off to take care of their kids instead of them having to bring them to work? I don't think I want to support a store that won't allow an employee to be off instead of having to bring his child to work. Your company's family values are questionable.

the stores always clean and the employees are very nice. they have a great selection of items without artificial colors/dyes like red 40 and so on. theyre less expensive than walmart and surrounding stores on many things such as coffee creamer, cheese, snacks, and fresh produce. the carts are 25 cents and you have to bring your own bags but you do get your quarter back once you return your cart.

It is a smaller Aldi compared to bigger cities. I used to live in Florida for a few years. Besides their main supermarket brand PUBLIX . There are Aldi store all over in Florida. That is where I first heard and shopped at an Aldi and learn it was a German brand store. My first time shopping at an Aldi. I thought the concept coin for shopping cart and no bag was good idea. As it keep the parking lot clear of shopping cart and help the environment of less plastic. Yeah some entitled people complain about not having bags not sure why. But you can buy the bag and it reusable and it good for the environment. Honestly, my first time before i knew what an Aldi was. everything in the store brand wise was foreign to me. I wasn't familiar with them after trying them they are just as good or better. I also like that it clean and not crowded. It does remind be of going to a Trader Joe. I remembered when Aidi first open here in New Iberia. People wasn't familiar, heard of the brand, or didn't understood the concept. They were use to going store like Walmart ,Super 1 food, and our local brand supermarket brand Rouses. But i think people by now got the idea. I come here a pretty often. My only complaint, just wish the store was bigger and they would offer more international products like they do in other Aldi I've been too.

I like the wide isles in store, always clean smelling, like their own brands over national brands

Best prices in town when it comes to grocery shopping, just remember to bring a quarter for the carts and your reusable bags

I'm a Door Dash driver who picks up from the New Iberia, La location fairly regularly. Today, the cashier was very rude, pressuring me to "hurry up" and get through my unavoidable dasher prompts before I paid. I was told to "do that before you get to the register", (which isn't possible, because we have to do Our job a certain way, too). She told me she "could get fired", if she doesn't check out my order fast enough. Then she told me the basket she put all of my groceries into, was hers, and I couldn't take it. She started filling the basket with items from the customer behind me, before I could get everything out, to bag it. Also, several items in the store were recalled. Not safe to eat.I've decided I won't be spending my money at this store. Customer Service matters. Do better.

I always save money when I go to Aldi. I don’t think people have caught on yet in New Iberia but I hope they do. I’m picky about store brands but so far I find the brands Aldi carries are just as good as brand name products you pay more for elsewhere. The selection is a little limited in some things but I’m always finding more things to like.

Everything is neat, clean, and organized. Aisle setup makes for easy foot traffic flow. Dye free products at a great price.

Great store. Very clean and the veggies are fresh. We found lots of markdowns and wine! I am from PA so this was exciting for me.

They aren't marking down as much food anymore. The meat department was good but now it's just as expensive as everywhere else. They never have half gallon milks. The 2 nice cashiers are gone. The manager Eric doesn't answer questions. The big woman manager is rude and condescending. How come you got rid of good people and kept the bad ones? Gone downhill in the few months it was open. I bet it'll close within the year.

Seeing the way this big red headed worker treats others is sad she's also rude to costumers. I don't understand why she's allowed to act this way, I guess she's in good with the manager, not very good for business ?♀️

We just moved to New Iberia from the Midwest. I was SO happy to see an Aldi being built when we moved here. I have always been an avid Aldi shopper. The store is clean, the prices are low, and the produce is fresh! Yes, you have to bring your own bags (or pay for them) and bag your own groceries. However, this is how Aldi is able to keep their prices low!

Love the store and prices. Employees are very helpful and polite. I dont mind the way the checkout. I understand the point of bagging my own stuff and paying for a reusable bag. It saves the company money. Too many ppl are LAZY in todays world. I love this place. Cheap prices and amazing products. ???
