Highly recommended Mr. Scott Hill as a salesman to anyone in the market for a vehicle! He along with the sales manager were honest, straight forward, and went above and beyond to get me in my truck. From the test drive, to setting up the electronics in the truck and getting to know what features were in it I couldn’t have asked for a better experience will definitely be back for future purchases.

Their whole motto of "high quality, well taken care of vehicles" is absurd. We bought a used vehicle from them, and it lasted about 5 days before the engine gave out. This issue costs thousands to fix. We called the dealership, and the sales manager laughed. Buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

They do good work, but the service desk is not honest regarding when they say they will call you back when they say they will. You have to keep calling them back, Specifically Steve at the front desk. This is unprofessional for those of us waiting around the phone for answers only to realize days have passed and still no call, (multiple times).. Please train, discipline, and hold accountable your employees who do this.

Mr. Scott Hill is an amazing car salesman.. he was straight forward with me throughout the whole process with the vehicle purchasing.. I will definitely be back in the future for my next purchase.. he’s one of the few salesman that will KEEP IT REAL with you..

Brought my vehicle in for service after making an appointment on the app. When I arrived was told that using the app or website doesn’t work and they wouldn’t be able to look it at until later the next week. I still left it and luckily they were able to look it it sooner than they anticipated. I was quoted a cost to replace a part and told the service department I have extended warranty. The service tech said he wouldn’t be able to look it up they have multiple options. I called the original dealership that I got the vehicle from and they confirmed I had easycare plan. I called them back and told them and the service tech advised that they would call in a claim. I called the next day and asked about the claim, they said the part has been ordered and they would call me when my vehicle was ready. The next afternoon they called and when we showed up they asked about payment and we said we have the easycare plan. They said they didn’t have record of that (after I spoke to someone twice). The service tech advised he would call it in but we would have to wait. 20 minutes later he said that our plan didn’t cover the repair because it was a rock that hit the part that needed to be replaced and our coverage was exempt from outside damage. We had to pay to get our vehicle back. If I would have known that the claim was never called in then I could have filed it with my vehicle insurance and / or shopped around and gotten it repaired at a different place. It is too late now since my insurance only allows the vehicle to be repaired by certain approved repair shops. I was also never told the damage was caused from an outside source and it doesn’t say that on the receipt paperwork either. I feel like I was scammed. This is not the first negative interaction we have had with the unprofessional service department here.

Worst service department, even dealing with the service manager was a disgrace. Was quoted one price upon dropping my vehicle off and the advised me to call the Ford Service Dept to see if it was covered by the recall. They advised me it was not but they could give me a discounted rate which was 1/2 the price Arceneaux quoted. So i advised Arceneaux Ford Service Department they could move forward with the repair. The next day Arceneaux Service dept call letting me know that my vehicle was ready but the price was $300 more than quoted from Ford and and $200 more than the original quote. Call to get certification and they advised me I would have to look at my recite when i picked up my vehicle they could not explain it to me. This place is a JOKE needless to say. PS a very dissatisfied customer. NO ONE EVER CALL TO LET ME KNOW OF ANY PRICE CHANGES. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

I don’t take my car anywhere else for service because they are AMAZING!!! Everyone was very friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I will always come back to them and will definitely be spreading the word.

Great staff from top to bottom. I have bought several vehicles from here as well as had them service and have had hands down the best personal expierence from any ford dealer in the Acadiana area.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Bought a truck recently that the salesman told me that the brakes were just changed on. Upon driving the truck for the first week, I started to hear a loud scrubbing noise from the rear brakes. After talking to them on the phone, the salesman then changes his story and says he never told me the pads had been changed, only that the truck was checked in the shop. So either way they knew about the issue with said brakes and sold the truck with bad pads AND ROTORS and now act like it’s my problem. A complaint has been filed through the BBB. Stop letting these dealerships get away with scams and just poor overall customer service. Sad that they would even let someone drive off the lot knowing that truck was unsafe to drive. I guess that’s the times we live in today.
